1 Year Limited Warranty Term and Condition

THIS WARRANTY IS APPLICABLE TO THE ORIGINAL OWNER ONLY. In accordance with the warranty terms and conditions specified below.

  • Anode Rod: If under 1 year sacrificed more than 50% of its mass, you will get a free replacement. Once the Product has been replaced, the cover will carry on the rest of the period from the date of original purchase
  • Suburban Electric Water Heater Element: If under 1 year When the Product failure occurs due to an electrical or mechanical defect, You will receive a replacement product of like kind, quality, and value (same condition). Once the Product has been replaced, the cover will carry on the rest of the period from the date of original purchase.
  • Register your warranty within 30 days of purchase/or as soon you did the service for your
    water heater.

Step 2: Contact us to file a claim by clicking Claim your Warranty in the top-right Menu.

Step 3: We will provide additional information to Ship out your Replacement.

Conditions and Exceptions

This warranty shall apply only when:

  • The anode sacrificed more than 50% of its mass within one year of usage.
  • Water Heater Element Product failure occurs due to an electrical or mechanical defect.
  • Owned by the original purchaser.
  • It was installed in an RV camper water heater only.
  • The tank is free of damaging water sidemen or scale deposits.
  • They were used in a non-corrosive and non-contaminated atmosphere.
  • In the United States.
  • Installed with no attempted nor actual modification or alteration of the anode’s design in
    anyway.
  • This warranty does not cover water heaters replaced for cosmetic reasons or reasons of noise,
    taste, odor, discolored, and rusty water.

Service and Labor Responsibility

UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, THE WARRANTOR WILL PROVIDE ONLY A REPLACEMENT OF THE ANODE. THE OWNER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL OTHER COSTS. Such cost may include but are not limited to:

a. Labor charges for service, removal, or re-installation of the part.
b. Shipping and Delivery Charges for the replacement part.
c. All cost necessary or incidental for handling and administrative charges.
